Excellent job

We used Whybirds to move from Mackay to Caloundra. They arrived on time at both ends of the move. All the employees were professional, friendly and polite. Our move involved nearly two full shipping containers, there was no damage to any of our belongings or property. I could not fault this company. We will be using Whybirds for any future moves. I would not hesitate to recommend Whybirds to any family or friends who are moving. Whybirds that booked our move and the truck that did it was from their linehaul division, Keffords Banyo.

A great removalist experience

Whybirds moved my mother from her house in Ipswich to a retirement village on the Sunshine Coast. It was a small load that they packed, stored until she was ready and then delivered. They were great to deal with at every point. They gave me a quote over the phone using Mum's comprehensive list of what she had to move, turned up 58 seconds ahead of time, packed everything promptly and well. The goods were delivered from storage within a couple days of my call. They made a special trip for it despite it being a small load. They kept us informed of their ETA which they met again very promptly. The removalists were friendly and courteous and even wiped their feet every time they went in and out and helped place everything in just the right spot. Nothing was missing or damaged. What more could you ask for?

My partner and I recently moved from Brisbane to Darwin for work.

Having gone several times through the usualy arduous and painful experience that a interstate move usually is. I can confidently say that our last move with Whybirds was refreshingly different, the process from start to finish was extremely professional and an all around smooth experience.

Fantastic Removalists

We have just completed our move from Northern NSW to West of Brisbane and it could not have gone smoother. Right from the initial quotation process through to reinstalling furniture in our new home the process was hassle free. Very professional, cheerful and treated our goods with consideration and care.

Just wanted to say the team of guys you sent were very professional, cheerful and treated our goods with consideration and care.
As they are the face of your company they deserve the recognition.

I have moved house 10 times in 10 years and these guys are up there with the best.
They unwrapped everything that I required unwrapped (some stuff will be going into storeage again)
They insisted on checking both TVs and found that the plasma TV had been wrapped and packed upside down (14 mths in store).

Also advised me on care / tips for some of my items. Much appreciated.

They placed everything in the correct rooms and even at the end they asked if I needed any more help.
There was no damage to house.
They tidied away all the rubbish and left the place spotless.
Also the team lead / driver (sorry am terrible with names) looked after his crew and assisted with some on the job training and always keeping an eye out that the guys were doing work correctly and getting a two man lift where needed. Plus he spoke respectfully to his crew. He is a credit to your company.
It was a pleasure having them move our goods.

Due to there professionalism when I am ready for my next move, you guys will be the first company that I phone.

Please pass this message onto the relevant bosses, so the feedback gets to the correct people.
I particular liked that the guys turned up in company uniform.

A great stress free up lift removal

Thank Whybirds for a great stress free up lift removal last week. The guys were there right on time, were polite and respectful to myself and my family!

There was an obvious work routine they worked too, and after asking me a couple of questions about the inventory they were straight into it!
After weeks of preparing for the move, on the day, the guys assured me they had it under control.

Which they did, so moving day for me consisted of drinking coffee and reading the paper.
The only stress I had was not having really anything to do. So please thank everyone in the Whybirds teams from Karen, yourself and the two removal guys.We have never done an international move before, and we were all really surprised just how easy that was!

I will totally recommend your team to friends and family. Thank you again for your service and professionalism.

Very friendly and professional

On behalf of my Mother, Nola, I would like to thank everyone at the Cairns Branch for their help & assistance regarding her move to the Gold Coast. A big thank you to Rob, Steve & Nathan who packed everything up. It was a big day for my Mother after having lived on the Tablelands for 81 years. Rob, Steve & Nathan were very friendly and professional with the way they went about packing everything and loading it into the container. The two guys who unloaded everything at the Gold Coast were also very professional. Enrico and Lindsey were outstanding. Very professional, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. She said she was a bit uneasy about moving but she said they totally made her feel at comfortable with the whole process.
